- First of all go to google playstore and search for 'MyJio' app. Download it. You can download from this link.
- After download install and open the Myjio app.
- At top the app you will see banner of 'Reliance Jio welcome offer'. Under fill your state and city. (If you not found your city or village then select your nearest city.
- In next page enter your first name, last name and your mobile number. And click on Generate OTP & verify your number.
- That's it. You generate Reliance Jio Sim barcode successfully. Now reopen app you will see barcode at top.

- Generate barcode from the Myjio app. Take barcode and documents which mentioned above in post. Go to nearest Reliance Digital store.

How to active Reliance Jio Sim card

this offer you will get full free access of 4G internet, unlimited voice
call and sms till 31 December, 2016. Follow below steps to active jio
card.
- Insert reliance jio sim card in your 4G phone's 1st sim slot.
- After getting email and sms from jio. In this sms they are asked for doing tele-verification.
